My name is Mike Barres. I was a pastor for 36 years and for the last 10 years the executive director of a residential addiction recovery program for men. I am now retired, but I still really have a heart to help people and a heart to help men, especially.

We can set up phone calls or Facetime at a time that is convenient for you, from time to time, to touch base and see how everything‘s going. I am also available if you just would like to talk, if you’re frustrated about something, or have any questions about this adventure we call fatherhood. 

I can also refer you to online classes that are really good, and pretty short in length (20 minutes each) about pregnancy, birth, parenting, and other subjects.
