My name is Mike Barres. I was a pastor for 36 years and for the last 10 years the executive director of a residential addiction recovery program for men. I am now retired, but I still really have a heart to help people and a heart to help men, especially.

We can set up video calls at a time that is convenient to you, from time to time, to touch base and see how everything‘s going. I am also available if you just would like to talk, if you’re frustrated about something, or have any questions about this adventure we call fatherhood. 

I can also refer you to online classes that are really good, and pretty short in length (20 minutes each) about pregnancy, birth, parenting, and other subjects.

Involvement in our dad‘s support program will include some rewards for participation like gift cards (Lowe’s, Walmart, or Bass Pro) that can be used for whatever you want to use them for.
